A series of seated and floor postures that aid to lengthen and release tight muscles that surround the lower back, the abdominal core, hips and hamstrings. A soft inflatable round ball and a yoga strap may be used as a prop in this class. Suitable for all fitness levels, all ages, and it is a wonderful introductory class.
